Job Title: Co-ordinator: Business Support

Objectives: Facilitate and manage divisional communication to ensure effective management of knowledge and information. Facilitate & manage divisional training including calendars, training room bookings, delegate registers and communication. Assist with the management of the corporate wear portfolio. Assist with ad hoc Vodacom World projects to ensure successful and timely completion of identified projects.
Key Outputs: Facilitate effective divisional communication. Receive company communication, scan and disseminate relevant information in an effective manner
Support the divisional environment in terms of internal communication
Assist Business Support team on Vodacom World identified projects (according to scope of work and deadlines)
Facilitate & manage training bookings, communication and calendars
Manage & facilitate handset manufacturer training requests
Compile monthly reports
Maintain business partner relationships with external suppliers
Assist with the corporate wear portfolio: supplier liaison; orders; strategy

Requirements: Qualifications
Matric/Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent* is essential
Business / Commerce / PR or related 1 year certificate (advantageous)
A completed 3 year Business / Commerce / PR or related Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
Experience
1-2 years related working experience: Project Management, Communications, Quality or PR (Essential)
1 year experience in compiling communications (Essential)
Experience in Retail environment and customer service an advantage
