Objectives:
• To follow up and collect on outstanding accounts and ensure that the age and bad debt is minimised.
Key Outputs:
• To allocate cash payments timeously of customer accounts
• To minimise bad debt
• To follow up on non payments
• To negotiate payments arrangements on outstanding accounts
• To trace customers using ITC, Experian and XDS
• Analyse the account and make appropriate decision.
• Rehabilitate the deactivated customers

Requirements:
Job Experience:
• 2 -5 years of Credit control experience in the call centre environment
Education:
• Matric - essential
• Diploma in Credit Management would be an advantage
