Purpose
Managing a portfolio of clients including the approval and ongoing quality risk management of the clients credit facilities and client information.
Job Requirements
· Addressing the day-to-day client requests, including interfacing with the relevant Product Houses to resolve any queries.
· Assist on the relationship management function where it is necessary.
Additional Requirements
Preference will be given to candidates with NQF 6 qualifications and at least 3 years related experience
Ensure client retention and satisfaction by delivering a service that is consistent, seamless and error free
To assist in ensuring product distribution and cross sell within each client in order to maximize profits and Return on Equity
Develop relationships with a wide range of product specialists within the FirstRand Group, build collaborative relationships and optimise co-operation between functions within FirstRand to support client service excellence
Conduct risk assessments through detailed analyses to highlight important changes or concerns
Assist in acquiring profitable new business, identify client needs and deliver customized solutions for the relevant segment
Qualifications and Experience
Degree or Diploma
3 to 4 Years relevant experience
