Responsible for the development of Service Orientated Architecture ("SOA") Services, Business Process Management ("BPM") and Information Models for Enterprise Process Design within and across Business Releases and to provide the interface into broader group structures or Business Units owning or managing SOA, BPM or Information Architecture. The incumbent will facilitate continuity between Information Management and Data Management within the Enterprise design.
Service Orientated Architecture (SOA)
Quality assure the output and provide guidance to the respective design analysts
Identify candidate services in conjunction with Release Leads using the Enterprise and Release Designs
Ensure the development of identified candidate services for consumption on release.
Ensure appropriate tools and processes are available to Designers in order for the consumption of SOA
Institute checks, balances and feedback loops to ensure the utilisation and updates to the central areas on SOA
Business Process Management (BPM)
To ensure consideration of Workflow, Business Rules and Business Intelligence is considered in all related designs.
Ensure knowledge and when appropriate, consumption of foundational projects on Release E.g. BPM and BRM.
Ensure appropriate tools and processes are available to Designers in order for the consumption of BPM
Institute checks, balances and feedback loops to ensure the utilisation and updates to the central areas on BPM
Information Management (IM)
Ensure the development of an Enterprise Information Architecture
Ensure Release Leads utilise the Information Models within their Release Designs
Update information models as Enterprise and Release designs enrich the overall Information Architecture
Ensure alignment to the Data Architectures (in relation to a Release scope and the components of Information Models which have been consumed.)
Ensure appropriate tools and processes are available to Designers in order for the consumption of IM
Institute checks, balances and feedback loops to ensure the utilisation and updates to the central areas on IM.
Education
Degree
Certificates: Lean and Six Sigma or other process
related

Experience
Leadership style oriented to a people culture based on high-performance teams
Process modelling tool/s E.g. Aris
Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships
Ability to understand all the components of an enterprise and process design
Analytical skills
Solid experience in working in a multi-discipline (matrix structure) team fostering collaboration and team work.
5 years Banking Experience
Process design experience
Project Management experience
Advanced computer skills
