Introduction
Assist legal team by researching legal precedent, investigating facts, or preparing legal documents.
Assist and provide a range of legal support and administration to the legal team engaged in law for the company.

Job Specification
- Responsible for ensuring the renewal of all trademarks and design
- Explaining trademark applications process to all business units
- Reporting to business units on outcome of legal opinion
- Reverting to external attorney with final instructions
- Ensuring all renewals are effected
- Liaising with external attorney to instruct on cursory searches for Trademarks
- Perform legal and factual research
- Assisting legal advisors in capturing complex legal documents including joint venture agreements and sale of business agreements etc
- Perusing legal contracts in order to synthesise information
- Ensure strict and proper version control of contracts
- Coordinating legal information from all relevant legal advisors within the department on major projects
- Prepare packs of legal documents for relevant business units or Board
- Ability to read and understand contracts
- Collating all the necessary information for the first draft of agreements
- Support senior legal advisor and legal department in major corporate actions
- Prepare legal documents and maintain document file
Gather and analyze data, such as statutes, opinions, and legal articles, codes, and documents
- Conduct research to support intellectual property legal advisor
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as requested by leadership
- Maintain experienced-level of expertise in relevant software programs
- Scrutinising all invoices and capturing on business finance systems
- Check legal forms and documents for accuracy
- Organize and track files
- Understand legal terminology
