Job Purpose
Sell and promote our products by providing a high level of satisfaction by giving an effective quality service to our internal and external customer.
To ensure individual sales targets are met and performance standards are achieved.


Key Result Areas
Meet specified sales and x-sell targets.
Action daily campaigns x-sell primary sales hook and next best product as per product wheel.
Action any leads campaigns received promptly.
Action active sales leads from branches and provinces.
Build relationships, earn trust and buy-in from customers in order to get referral business and retain customer loyalty.
Ensure that feedback is provided promptly and systems are updated correctly.


Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12, RE

Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in a Short term insurance sales department Tele marketing experience.
COP / FAIS accredited.

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:
Ability
Action daily campaigns x-sell primary sales hook and next best product as per product wheel
Meet specified sales and x-sell targets.
Ensure that feedback is provided promptly and systems are updated correctly.
Action any leads campaigns received promptly.
Ability to negotiate.
Experience
Minmum of 30 FAIS credits
Matric / Grade 12
RE Passed
Knowledge
Minimum 2 years experience in a Short term insurance sales department Tele marketing experience
