The suitable caniddate will be responsible for managing and executing Home Loans attorney governance objectives by:
Define and implement attorney allocation strategy including Attorney scorecard development, measurement and publication.
Define and implement panel strategy and overall attorney service strategy.
Identify cross sell and other business opportunities in the vendor and attorney space and drive initiatives to optimise such opportunities .
Understand cost of attorney to customer and cost of vendor to attorney.
Negotiate SLA agreements with attorneys and vendors.
Negotiate pricing with vendors and attorneys.
Establish sound and cooperative relationships with Law Societies, Black Conveyancer Association and Insurance providers for PI and Malpractice insurance.
Identify risk of process to bank and customer and put risk mitigations in place to curtail the risk exposure.
Explore alternative vendor providers, internal options and multi vendor propositions and submit proposals to Exco levels for sign off.
