As part of our commitment of strengthening HR practice throughout the region, this new role is a great opportunity to take a lead in ensuring a strategic approach to HR issues. You will promote good management practice, coach and advise Country and Regional Directors on HR strategies, alongside capacity building HR staff.
To fulfill this exciting challenge you will have substantial HR generalist experience including recruitment and selection, performance management, learning and development, reward and employee relations. To be successful in this role you will need international HR management experience across multiple countries, with a proven track record in supporting, coaching and developing staff. An ability and willingness to travel extensively within the region is essential for this role.
