Sanlam Personal Finance provides clients in the entry, middle, affluent and self-employed markets in South Africa with a comprehensive range of financial service solutions to facilitate their long term wealth creation, protection and niche financing needs
Key Responsibilities
•Assisting Distribution Operations management as well as Distribution Sales management with the following:
•Administration of asset management and control processes
•Administration of building and property management processes
•Administrate budget processes and related account payments
•Ordering and control of office supplies
•Postal services management
•Supplier relationship management
•Additional administrative responsibilities including scanning, appointment processes for advisers, etc.
•Reception and telephone support
Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years administration related experience
• Knowledge of document management methods
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience within the financial services industry would be adventageous
• Knowledge of Sanlam office systems and processes would be an advantage
• Working knowledge of programmes such as Jistel, On Demand, Lotus Notes and BMP workflow system would be advantageous
