Sanlam Personal Finance provides clients in the entry, middle, affluent and self-employed markets in South Africa with a comprehensive range of financial service solutions to facilitate their long term wealth creation, protection and niche financing needs

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain nomination inbox for training requests from the business
- Correlate nominations and confirm workshops with nominees
- Ensure that delegates receive study material timeously
- Arrange electronic exams for delegates
- Arrange guest speakers and role players for various workshops
- Manage logistical arrangements for workshops
- Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements
- Events management and coordination of training centre activities
- General office and telephone administration

Minimum Requirements

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administration position is essential
- Experience in a training environment will be advantageous
- Prior experience in MIS (management information systems) is strongly recommended
