Key Responsibilities

Execute SFP strategic leadership duties- strategically and tactically manage the Operational Environment
Support and drive the achievement of financial targets
Drive operational efficiency in the implementation of the SFP strategy.
Drive market focussed distribution and profitability
People Management and Development

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:
• Grade 12
• Commercial/Financial or business related
diploma/degree
• CFP/RFP3 or equivalent (i.e.: 120 credits)

Experience:
• Extensive Financial Services experience in a
marketing/sales environment
• Operational Management/leadership of a team/unit

Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own Transport
