Purpose of Role:

To assist in managing the design of blended learning interventions aligned to business objectives, and manage the distribution of distance learning interventions for specified environments in the company (Operations, Sales and specialist Campus environments).

Requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification in HR (Industrial Psychology / Psychology)
Proven knowledge and understanding of:
Performance consulting principles
Learning needs analysis principles and process
Adult learning design principles & methodologies
Generation Y learning styles
Blended learning, including distance learning (specifically e-Learning)
Learning management systems (LMS)
Ideally at least 2 years’ proven experience in:
Curriculum design
Detailed learning design (specifically e-Learning)
Evaluation of learning (Measure of business impact and ROI)
Managing a team in a similar environment (10 – 15 direct reports)
Communication skills (written & verbal) in English
Relationship management and interpersonal skills
Negotiation & influencing skills
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Planning and organising skills
Analytical skills
Problem solving skills
Information integration
High attention to detail
Strong business acumen
Innovation and creativity
Adaptable to change
Ability to work under own initiative without guidance, cope well under sustained pressure and deliver to deadlines in fast changing environment
Team player
Valid code 08 driver’s license
Own reliable transport
