Key Responsibilities
Provide secretarial support to Development Manager and Blue Star Consultant in terms of the following:
1.General & Financial Adviser administrative support.
2.Secretarial support.
3.Co-ordinate and manage events.
4.Manage & communicate key information.
5.Internal risk management & budget control.
6.Provide client service.
7.Activation of new Blue Star Business.
8.Co-ordination of training & support for staff of Blue Star Business.
9.On-going administrative support to Blue Star Business.
Minimum Requirements
• 2 Years proven experience as office
administrative/client service consultant and/or
Personal Assistant.
• Knowledge of SFA Support functions (e.g DRPA,
DA).
•Knowledge of Sanlam Distribution.
•Knowledge of Project Management principles.
• Insight on how a business function (business
acumen).
•Insight into legislation (including Labour
legislation).
