Job Description
Identifying, gathering and categorising requirements information
Identifying and maintaining sources of requirements information
Analysing and constructing models/specifications of the problem
Outlining broad aspects of possible solutions to the problem
Organising all the necessary information around the various models
Verifying the various models and specifications
Conducting user workshops
Preparing the Requirements Model
Analysis of the existing business processes
Analysis of the existing technology and people environment supporting the processes
Delivery of the current and target business process models


Job Requirements
>=5 years business analysis related experience, as well as exposure to the Information System Development
Tertiary Degree or Diploma
General Skills and Knowledge:

MS Office  - Required
MS Project - Required
Modelling Tools - Required
SDLC - Required
Development Tools - Beneficial
System Analysis and Design - Required
Database Design - Required
Project Management Fundamentals - Required
Information System Fundamentals - Required
Software Testing Fundamentals - Required

Banking experience - Required

Specific Skills and Experience:

Agile experience will be an advantage

Some Object-oriented programming experience would be an advantage
Some database design and modelling experience would be an advantage
Object-oriented Analysis and Design or Domain Driven Design
Unified Modelling Language (using Visio or Enterprise Architect)
Technical Writing
Preferably SA citizens or resources with valid work permits not specific to a profession or a company
