Job description
The objective of the HWMA (Hardware Maintenance) Product Manager is initiate new service product ideas and evaluate them with sales and delivery, monitor the IBM-logo performance and define and execute business development activities, develop the management reporting for the IBM-logo HWMA area and provide regular updates to the TSS management and this for one or several IMTs in CEEMEA.
He/she needs to have a good understanding of the TSS portfolio, the end customer business as well as the business partner situation.

The teaming with C&N, the local TSS sales team and the respective offering functions on EMEA level is important. Beside that a close cooperation with S&D and the brands has to be established.
Each person in the business management support role has to have good management skills, good financial and marketing skills and a good insight into the TSS portfolio and the local TSS markets.

Required

High School Diploma/GED
At least 5 years experience in initiate new service product ideas and evaluate them with sales and delivery
At least 5 years experience in monitor the IBM-logo performance and define and execute business development activities
At least 5 years experience in develop the management reporting for the IBM-logo HWMA area and provide regular updates to the TSS management
At least 5 years experience in describe and optimize warranty exit and contract renewal processes
At least 5 years experience in lead the definition, development and deployment of alternate delivery channels for Base MA (e.g. depot repair) for general availability or on a special bid basis together with the solution design
At least 5 years experience in support ESA contract implementation in her/his IMT(s) with the annuity leader
At least 5 years experience in push joint TSS product promotions and product developments together with HW brands and MTS marketing
At least 5 years experience in head knowledge sharing between countries (regarding products, processes, competition
At least 5 years experience in promote regional expansion
At least 5 years experience in interlock with EMEA offering leader on different projects
