JOB TITLE: SECRETARY TO THE PRINCIPAL LEGAL ADMIN OFFICER
CENTRE: REGIONAL OFFICE
LEVEL: 5
SALARY: R 101 007- R 118 983 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign
a Performance agreement.
REQUIREMENTS:
• A secretarial/Office Management qualification or equivalent and one year
relevant experience;
Skills and competencies:
• Good communication (Verbal and written) skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs;
• Telephone etiquette;
• Good Interpersonal relations;
• Analytical skills;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Self motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Planning and organizing skills;
• Confidentiality;
DUTIES:
• Manage the diary of the Director;
• Manage telephone calls and convey messages;
• Effective and efficient collation and consolidation of reports ;
• Confidence and Assertiveness to interact at all levels;
• Dealing with matters of high level of confidentiality;

• Co-ordinate meetings, workshops/conferences
and perform administrative tasks;
• Maintain a filing system to file and retrieve documents;
• Operate standard office equipment (fax machine, photocopiers and telephone);
• Make official traveling arrangements for the Director and handle payments
thereof;
• Compile and submit S & T claims.
