Introduction

To assist/work with Project Manager, Risk Manager, Change Manager, Business Partners, Business Managers , Technical Managers, Systems Analysts to design and implement a solution with a broad business impact to ensure that Woolworths complies with the PCI DSS requirements. This is a 6 month contract position based at the Head Office in Cape Town City Centre.
Minimum Requirements

TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL
• Minimum 1 year hands on PCI experience
• Relevant ITS qualification or hands on experience
• Requirements Gathering and Solutions Definition experience
• Effective workshop facilitation skills
• System testing experience
• System implementation experience
• 5- 8 years of the following experience essential:
o Valid and Hands On Business Analysis
o Process and systems documentation
o Retail industry
• Experience in the following preferable:
o Woolworths IT and business knowledge
o POS, Switching and/or payment application
o Solutions Architecture

Job Specification

• Analyse processes and/or systems to identify and specify business and system solutions in line with PCI requirements and WW Architecture
• Facilitating Workshops on Requirements Gathering, Solutions Definitions, Troubleshooting, Process Definition and more
• Effectively communicating  with Technical and Business leads  in order to drive progress and solutions
• Develop and understanding of Business needs in order to define new business processes and systems changes
• Working closely with Woolworths’ preferred Qualified Security Assessor to ensure solutions adopted are PCI compliant
• Assist in overall project management on ad hoc basis – minutes, facilitating workshops, creating detailed plans for work streams, progress reporting, setting up meetings/workshops
• Responsible for creation of business requirement specifications
• Responsible for documentation of solutions specifications
• Working with the systems analysts to communicate the business requirement and ongoing interaction to ensure that any development meets the business need
• Assisting the Change Manager with training and communication by providing relevant content and understanding
• Identification, communication and escalation of risks, issues and impacts
• Developing test scenarios in line with business scenarios
• Assisting with system and integration testing
• Helping ensure that environment is setup for business change
• Responsible for status reporting, feedback on issues and risks
