Introduction
To partner proactively with HR and line in the effective design, development and implementation of a broad spectrum of organisation development interventions in the respective BU areas.This is a permanent position based at the Head Office in Cape Town City Centre and is designated EE.
Minimum Requirements
• Partner as part of an integrated OD team with HR and line on organisation development issues to develop and implement organisation development interventions (OD consulting)
• Facilitate the delivery of organisational transformation through facilitating various organisational development programmes eg Values Based Leadership programme, Team effectiveness and others (in partnership with the Learning and Development team and external service providers)
• Co-ordinate or partake in the implementation of organisation development projects in line with integrated change and engagement process within the respective business areas (including organisation design and restructure, managing change and sustainability)
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of Integrated Performance & Development framework (including performance and development planning, career paths and training planning)
• Provide change management expertise at the transactional and transformational level and influence project delivery and decisions based on this competence
• Implement climate tools, measurement and analysis of trends to enable organisation diagnosis and leadership decision making at Business Unit level
• Work with the various service providers to ensure the effective implementation of the agreed services/offerings within the business
Job Specification
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• 3-year degree in Social Sciences or Commerce
• Up to 5 years experience in a specialist organisation development role
• Strong and proven change management experience within project framework; both transactional and transformational focus essential
• Organisation design exposure essential
• Experience in the organisational performance sphere
• Experience in design and execution of OD interventions
• Proven experience with process engineering as well as organisation diagnostics and analysis
• Experience as an HRBP/HRG advantageous
• Project Management experience
