Key Responsibilities
Activity management of representatives
Prospecting of Representatives
Production managment on a daily basis concentrating on quality and quantity
Conduct training - Theoritical and practical in field
Facility liaison
New facility identification
Minimum Requirements
Matric
Must meed FAIS Act qualificaiton requirements
Computer Literacy: Ms Word and Excel - an advantage
Must have completed the following courses:
4 Day Rep Induction course
Product Accreditation
Product Training (all products)
Must have own transport and valid driver's license
At least 4 years sales experience, preferably within the long term insurance or financial service environments
2 years management experience
Previous insurance related marketing experience an advantage
