Purpose of the job
To manage and control hired Equipment and on Site Machining within Codes and Procedures

Required outputs: Functional
-Coordination of Hired Equipment requirements by Business Units for shutdowns and projects
-Manage financial control and budgeting
-Continuous improvement
-Compile monthly report
-Support safety culture and ensure compliance to recognised requirements (safety, health, environment & Risk)
-Shutdown / Project execution
-Establish a good working relationship with Planning, BU’s, PS&M, Financial Management, Service Providers
-Coordination of on Site Machining

General
-Co-ordination of team activities
-Liaise with production and support services
-Development of team and individuals
-Execution of SHERQ activities (My IMS system)
-Setting team objectives and KPI’s
-Support, training and develop personnel
-Openly support Sasol Shared Service values
-Perform standby duties
-Must be able to work independently
-Work well in teams and assist colleagues
Job Requirements
Qualifications and expertise required (Must)
-Grade 12/ N3
-Basic knowledge of Legal Aspects in reference to contracts
-Qualified Artisan
-Planner Grade 3

Job specification/ Specific experience required
-Knowledge of process Hired Equipment
-±2 years leadership/managerial experience
-SAP processes
-Work Management and Legal process
