Job Mission

Mission Assess the risk presented to MTN by new Consumer and Business Clients as well as minimizing the bad debt.

KPA Duties

Task Complexity: Ensure proper documentation is received: •Validate all documentation received in accordance with the checklist for Business clients •Pre-sales activities include: -Quality Assurance -Processing of New Applications -Processing of Add Sims -Processing of Mobile number portability Applications -Transfers •Validate IMEI numbers ,SIM cards, handsets, colour of handset and ensure availability of package for dealer •Receive relevant documentation for pre-sales activities via usd •Ensure client is contacted for missing information, stock availability, package/tariff and alternative handsets via telephonic or e-mail process •Capture relevant information on CVE and make notes on USD where required with 100% accuracy •Give feedback to customer with regards to application / request status •Ensure vetting of applications is performed within agreed SLA. •Ensure relevant risk report are requested depending on the request •Resolve and respond to all Business Vetting queries to ensure that the client is retained •Recommend alternative products based on the credit assessment •Adhere to work schedule as planned

Requirements

Education: •Matric or equivalent, with Accounting
Experience: •Min. 2 years Business credit vetting/Credit control experience
Skills / physical competencies: •Good communication skills (verbal and written) •Conflict resolution skills •Negotiation skills •Problem Resolution skills •Numeric skills •Interpersonal skills
