• Ensure 100% Collection of monthly billing, and reduction of bad debt and reduce age.
Key Outputs:
• To ensure Quality Management
• To complete KPA assessments
• Apply performance management
• Ensure internal controls are adhered to
• Effectively manage the administrative team
• Ensure agent productivity is maintained.
• Campaign Setting
• Build and Maintain Good Customer Relations
• Daily and weekly reporting
• Ensure collection targets are met
• Compile and Maintain control systems
• To assist in Query Resolution

Requirements:
Job & Education Experience:
• Matric (Essential)
• 1-2 relevant certificate (Advantageous)
• 3 year Diploma or Degree in Business Management (Advantageous)
• 5 years relevant generic Call Centre experience with collections environment (Essential)
• 1 - 2 years Supervisory experience (Essential)
