Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s)
B Tech (Technical) plus 5 years Outage and Contract Management experience
Or
National Higher Diploma (Technical) plus 5 years Outage and Contract Management experience

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and control outage execution
Influence outage planning and reviews
Manage national contracts on behalf of the employer
Manage outage execution cost
Manage the quality control and assurance during outage execution
Manage plant commissioning activities and related seconded staff
Influence the commercial process
Provide advisory, mentorship, coaching and support role to outage progress monitors
Facilitate continuous improvement
