Must have experience with MPLS VPN services. Special requirements: A valid driver’s license. Prepared to perform standby duty after hours. Must have reliable transport to attend customer meetings. The incumbent will be responsible to manage all processes to provide world class Service Management support to Account Managers/Special Market Services. Provide network support to internal and external customers, verifying existing networks, designing, presenting and implementing solutions to meet the customer’s needs or to improve the integrity of the customer’s network. Please note that preference may be given to Employment Equity candidates (including people with disabilities) The ideal candidate will have the following competencies: Ability maintain good relations with customers maintain good relations with stakeholders meet deadlines and to work under pressure work independently and as part of a team follow up on customer complaints give presentations to internal and external stakeholders Experience delivering innovative solutions advising customers customer service in telecommunication Knowledge telecommunications industry industry trends in telecommunications legislation applying to the provision of telecommunication services project management relevant software applications
